"Kurt Cobain Suicide or Murder!"

On April 8, 1994 the lead singer of Nirvana, Kurt Cobain was found dead at his
home in Seattle, Washington. The Seattle Police Department incident report
stated that Cobain was found with a shotgun across his body. Furthermore, He
had a visible head wound and there was a suicide note discovered nearby. The
Seattle Police Department Immediately ruled the death as a suicide.
However, after examining the evidence for myself I am not so sure of this
conclusion.

For one thing, Kurt was in the process of leaving Seattle and his wife Courtney
Love, when he was found dead. Moreover, Courtney knew Kurt wanted out of
the marriage. Just weeks prior to his death, she asked one of her attorneys to get
the "meanest, most vicious divorce lawyer" she could find. If Kurt had divorced
Courtney she would not have received much money because of prenuptial
agreement signed before the marriage.

Another interesting piece of evidence was that. One of Kurt's credit cards was
missing when his body was discovered. Someone was attempting to use the
missing credit card after Cobain died. However, the attempts stopped when his
body was discovered by the Seattle Police.

Yet another interesting thing was that the shotgun which was found laying
across Cobain’s body was dusted for finger prints. However no legible prints were
obtained by the Police. Furthermore, The so called Suicide note which was found
in the same room as Cobain’s body was examined by five separate hand writing
experts. Including the FBI. However, the last few lines of the note was said to be
inconstant with Kurt’s handwriting. Which part? The only part that addresses
His wife and daughter. The same part which brought the Police to the conclusion
that the note was a Suicide Note. Moreover there was another note found in the
possession of his wife Courtney Love the week of Kurt’s death. This note had
suspicious handwriting samples written on it. As if someone was trying to match
Kurt’s handwriting.

Probably one of the most extraordinary piece of evidence is a person named
Eldon Hoke. He claimed that Courtney Love had come to him a few months prier
to Kurt’s death. He claims Courtney offered him $50,000 to kill Kurt, and to make
it look as if it were a suicide. Eldon Hoke Was given a polygraph , which he
passed with only a 0.1 discrepancy.

Cobain's heroin, (morphine), blood level was 1.52 mgs per liter. This would
require a minimum injection of 225 mgs of heroin, three times a lethal dose, even
for a hardcore heroin addict! The drug Diazepam, was also found in Cobain's
blood system. Furthermore, If Cobain injected three times a lethal dose of heroin,
could he then pick up a shotgun and shoot himself? Wouldn't he have been
Immediately incapacitated? Based on the heroin, (morphine), blood levels found
in Cobain's body, preliminary research indicates Kurt Cobain would have been
Immediately incapacitated. Therefore, He could not have picked up that shotgun.
He could not have pulled that trigger!

In conclusion, I have only covered in this blog a very few inconsistencies in the Seattle Police Department’s immediate ruling of a suicide. "I encourage you to preform your own investigation into this death." "Please look at all the evidence and you may also see the inconsistencies in the police's hasty conclusion."
